I looked out the window this morning. Sunny. 73 degrees. (I can see the outdoor thermometer.) It's damn depressing seeing all this blue sky and sunshine. I think I'll go sit in my pool and cry.

Can't wait to see you when you come over for TechEd. We'll go out to eat, sing jolly songs, trim each other's nose hair, just like we used to when I was in Portland.

Oh, wait... That's right... you're not going to TechEd. (Bastard.) (An no, I'm not going either, but you're still the bastard.)

actually, this morning in So Cal is overcast and drizzly wet... the "June gloom" is starting early. I like it for a change - May was so hot and sunny. but no worries Rory, I'm sure you'll get ~some~ sunshine here (although it may be a bit hazy). if I wasn't so lazy I'd attend the meeting Weds. but Long Beach is 20 miles away and traffic will be a b*tch. enjoy!

June Gloom. Are you kidding. ;) This is SoCal. That lasted exactly 1 day. Today is perfect sunny beach weather. Gotta love SoCal

Great presentation tonight. One of the best I've ever attended. I didn't think anyone was better than Paul Sheriff at presenting, but you might just be the man to beat him.

I was at your talk and you were great. I was at the Paul Sheriff presentation the month before at UCLA and he was also great but you have a slight edge because you were able to deal with a lot of people bugging you while you were presenting. Plus, you have a lot of great jokes.
