Is lacey anywhere near Neopoleon County? I was just asking in case you might be interested in having a Council Meeting or possible Flogging Training after the event. I'm not sure about the headbutting thing though. Wouldn't we have to have Council approval before conducting any of that? (assuming it takes place w/in the County (soon to be Empire) of Neopoleon)
