Enough people responded to the idea of starting the Neopoleon Book Club of Disruptive Ideas that it looks like we're actually going to do it.
But, since it was just a small subset of Neopoleon readers who showed interest, I won't be using this blog as the means by which we'll communicate. Rather, we'll use a forum I just created.
You have a couple options, then, for how you want to keep up on the club.
You can either visit the forum when you feel like it, or you can subscribe to the forum's RSS feed.
Registration is required if you want to be able to post to the forum. I don't want the thing to be filled with spam and irritating comments from anonymous users. Fortunately, registration is quick, painless, and will actually make visiting and using Neopoleon easier (if you register, your preferences will be remembered between visits, and that's a good thing).
So, I'm excited. One thing I miss about college is having people with whom to share a common right-side-of-the-brain experience.
I figure we'll kick everything off on January 1st. That gives us time to figure out what books we're going to choose, as well as the criteria by which those books are chosen.
Yay.
